When you use the App's core function of creating a sliding puzzle (either by taking a photo with your device's camera or uploading a photo from your local album), the App will only access the specific photo you select. This photo is processed locally on your device to crop it into a square format (required for the puzzle layout) and split it into the 3x3 or 4x4 puzzle pieces. No copies of your photos are uploaded to any external servers, and the original photo remains in your device's album as it was. The processed puzzle pieces are only stored temporarily in the App's local cache to enable the gameplay, and you can clear this cache at any time through the App's settings. As emphasized earlier, this local processing does not involve any collection or analysis of facial information.

2.2 Game Progress Data

To enhance your user experience, Zorvix allows you to save your game progress so you can resume an unfinished puzzle later. This game progress data includes information such as the state of the puzzle pieces, the completion percentage, and the puzzle size (3x3 or 4x4) corresponding to the photo you used. This data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms (specifically GetStorage for Flutter-based devices). This data is only accessible to you through the App's "History Records" feature, and we have no access to this information.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The only purpose of processing the above-mentioned local data is to provide you with the core functionality of the App: generating sliding puzzle games from your photos and allowing you to continue playing unfinished puzzles. We do not use any of this local data for any other purposes, such as advertising, data analysis, or sharing with third parties. Notably, we have no purpose or mechanism to process facial information, as we do not collect such data at all.

As all data processed by Zorvix is stored locally on your device, you have full control over this data. You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• View Local Data: You can view your saved game progress and the corresponding photos through the App's "History Records" page.
• Delete Local Data: You can delete individual game records by swiping left on the record in the "History Records" page and selecting "Delete". You can also clear all cached data and game progress records through the "Clear Cache" option in the App's settings. Deleting this data will permanently remove it from your device, and we cannot recover it.
• Refuse Data Processing: If you do not want the App to process your photos or save game progress, you can choose not to use the corresponding functions.
